“Original Purchase Condition” means that the Product(s) is:

• 1. Keep the packaging with all the original receipts, certificates and free gifts (if any) intact;
• 2. Unworn, unused, unaltered and in the same condition when it was sold; and
• 3. There is no damage unless during shipping which order from eShop or Site(s).

“Excluded Items” means:

• 1. All the Product(s) received and checked at Store;
• 2. Bullion gold, gold coin, gold nugget;
• 3. Engraved, altered, pre-ordered or customized Product(s); and
• 4. Product(s) stated as “non-returnable” or “non-exchangeable” on its receipt.
